Aston paid his way through university in Melbourne, Australia by working in restaurants. That became his life and creating beautiful food his ambition. He worked his way up, from restaurant to restaurant, in one of the world’s culinary hotspots. He then continued his education and career in London as executive chef at a group of restaurants. His aim now is to influence the food journey taken by young people in the independent school sector where he has worked for the last 15 years, including TASIS England.
